How long does shipping take?

As a rule, our products are ready for dispatch immediately and therefore within 2-4 days after you have received the order.


What are the shipping costs?

Within Germany we ship free of charge. For all other countries within the EU, the shipping costs are €xx per shipment.


Are the AirPods original?

We buy original sets from Apple, check the function of the individual parts and then sell them as spare parts. Since the headphones were purchased in their original form, Apple's manufacturer's warranty naturally applies.


Do I have a warranty on my replacement?

If you have decided on a new product, Apple's usual manufacturer's warranty applies.

How do you connect an AirPod to an existing set?

My new AirPod won't connect, what can I do?

Try to follow the instructions on our homepage step by step. If you continue to have problems, please feel free to contact our customer support, who will be able to help you with your matter as quickly as possible.

What are the payment methods?

You can conveniently pay by credit card, PayPal or advance payment by bank transfer


How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, you must do so as soon as possible, as we will have your order ready for dispatch within 24 hours. If the package is already on its way, we have to ask you to send it back.


How does the return of my order work and are there any return costs?

If you want to return the product, you can send it back to us at your own expense using any shipping provider of your choice.


What is the difference between the states new and used?

The condition new means that the item has only been taken out of the packaging and its functionality has been checked. A used item may show signs of wear.


Can I track my shipment?

As soon as your shipment has been sent, you will receive your personal tracking number from us by email.


How can I request my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email after a few days. If you still haven't received it, send us a short email and we'll send you the invoice immediately.
