Which individual AirPod is compatible with your set?

The generation alone is not always enough: check the model number and variant too. An AirPod from a different generation cannot simply be combined with your existing earbud. Our AirPods replacement guide takes you through the options.

AirPods Pro

Choose the correct Pro generation and the side you need. For AirPods Pro 2, use the model numbers to distinguish between Lightning and USB-C variants. The product page tells you which combination the replacement is intended for.

AirPods 2, AirPods 3 and AirPods 4

For standard AirPods, the generation and side must also match. AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation (ANC) and AirPods 4 without ANC are different variants. Check this before ordering.

Charging cases and accessories

If only the case is missing or faulty, you do not necessarily need a complete new set. Choose a compatible replacement charging case for your existing AirPods. The connector, model number and supported charging features are listed in each product description.

New or refurbished: choose the right condition

Genuine Apple describes who made the product, not whether it has been used. Depending on the model and availability, we offer Brand new, Excellent, Like New or Good:

  • Excellent: an inspected return or refurbished product with no or barely visible signs of wear.
  • Like New: a refurbished pre-owned product with minimal signs of wear.

A single replacement or a complete new set?

If your other AirPod and charging case still work well, a single replacement may cost less. Compare the current price of the compatible variant with the price of a complete set. If several parts are faulty or the batteries have deteriorated significantly, it is worth comparing the cost of a complete set too.

Delivery, returns and authenticity guarantee

Delivery within Germany is free. Shipping costs for EU deliveries are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the individual product listing and our shipping policy.

You have a 30-day cancellation period. For a standard return, you pay the return shipping costs as set out in our returns policy. For a claim under our authenticity and pairing guarantee, we cover those costs as described there. Any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply is separate.
