Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (BOLTEV Ventures GmbH, Troxel 1b, 39288 Burg, Germany, Tel.: 0392172450, Email: service@oneearpod.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. 
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to handling them in a manner not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.

General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the above-mentioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
