At OneEarPod, you buy genuine Apple AirPods and charging cases. Authenticity and condition are two different things: a genuine Apple product can be new, an inspected return or a refurbished pre-owned item. The condition option you select on the product page is what matters.

Genuine Apple products, whatever the condition

Our authenticity guarantee applies to the AirPods and charging cases we offer. If you are not convinced that your replacement is a genuine Apple product, we will refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping costs. Contact us at service@oneearpod.com.

The condition is stated when you order

Depending on the product and availability, you can choose from the following conditions:

Brand new: a new, unused product.
Excellent: an inspected return or refurbished product, disinfected, with no or barely visible signs of wear.
Like New: a refurbished, disinfected pre-owned product with minimal signs of wear.
Good: a refurbished, disinfected pre-owned product with clear signs of wear.

All condition grades are tested and fully functional. You can find the full definitions in our condition guide. “Excellent”, “Like New” and “Good” do not mean new and unused. If the condition you receive does not match your order, contact us; we cover the return shipping costs under our guarantee.

A compatible replacement for your existing set

Before you buy, select the correct generation, side and model variant. For AirPods 4, the distinction between models with and without ANC matters. For AirPods Pro 2, you also need to check the model numbers and the correct variant. Our replacement guide helps you choose.

If a replacement ordered in the correct version will not pair with your set, our customer service team will help. If pairing still does not work, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the purchase price. You can find the steps for your model in our setup guide.
