How long does shipping take?
As a rule, our products are ready for immediate dispatch and will therefore reach you within 1-3 days after your order is received.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, shipping is free of charge. For all other countries within the EU, the shipping costs vary depending on the country and are shown exactly at checkout before payment.
Are the AirPods original?
We buy original Apple sets, test the individual parts for functionality, and then sell them as replacement parts. Since the headphones were purchased as original products, Apple’s standard manufacturer warranty of course still applies.
Do I have a warranty on my replacement?
If you have decided on a new product, the usual Apple manufacturer warranty applies.
What is the difference between the various item conditions?
Brand new — completely unused Apple AirPods. Removed from sealed original packaging, with no activation and no signs of use. Packed in OneEarPod branded cloth pouches.
Like New — technically and visually as good as new. No or only minimal signs of use that are barely visible to the naked eye. Fully functional, hygienically cleaned, and tested.
Good condition — visible signs of use, technically flawless. More noticeable scratches or wear on the charging case and/or the earbuds may be present. No restriction in functionality, fully tested and cleaned.
All returned or refurbished products are processed by us according to the strictest quality standards. They undergo professional cleaning, disinfection, as well as a comprehensive technical and visual inspection. Only after successful quality control are the products put back on sale, ensuring that functionality, safety, and hygiene are guaranteed at all times.
How do you connect an AirPod to an existing set?

My new AirPod won’t connect, what can I do?
Try following the instructions on our homepage step by step. If you continue to have problems, you are welcome to contact our customer support, who can help you with your issue as quickly as possible.
What payment methods are available?
You can conveniently pay by credit card, PayPal, or advance bank transfer
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you must do so as quickly as possible, as we prepare your order for shipping within 24 hours. If the package is already on its way, we will need you to return it.
How does the return of my order work, and are there any return shipping costs?
If you would like to return the product, please send it back to us at your own expense using any shipping provider of your choice.
Can I track my shipment?
As soon as your shipment has been sent, you will receive your personal tracking number from us by email.
How can I request my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email after a few days. If it still has not arrived, send us a short email and we will send you the invoice immediately.
What should I do in case of package damage or loss?
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately. Important: Please be sure to take photos of everything – of the outside of the package, the shipping label, and the damaged contents. Also keep the packaging until the case has been resolved. We need these for the damage claim with the shipping provider.
