How do I connect my new AirPod Pro to the charging case on the right?

Just follow the individual steps calmly and you can listen to music again via the AirPods or take part in video conferences on your favorite device. It is important that you have fully charged both AirPods before going through our instructions.

1. Go to the “Bluetooth” section in the “Settings” menu and click on the info button next to the AirPods.

2. You have to click “Ignore this device”.

3. Click “Ignore this device” a second time.

4. Now place both AirPods in the corresponding charging case.

5. Check the status light, which should be flashing yellow, by opening the charging case lid.

6. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the charging case for several seconds. Until the status display flashes white.

7. Pick up the device you want to connect to the AirPods and go to the home screen.

8. After you have opened the charging case, you have to hold it with the AirPods in it next to your playback device. A setup animation should start.

9. Now click on “Connect” and then “Done”.

With these simple steps you can reconnect and use your set after purchasing an AirPods Pro on the right.

Lege beide AirPods in das Ladecase und schließe das Case an eine Stromquelle an, schließe den Deckel, und warte 20 Minuten.

Öffne den Deckel. Wenn die Statusleuchte weiß blinkt, schließe den Deckel des Cases wieder und fahre mit Schritt 4 fort. Andernfalls mache weiter mit dem nächsten Schritt.

Lass den Deckel offen und halte die Setup-Taste auf der Rückseite 15 Sekunden gedrückt, bis die Statusanzeige erst gelb und dann weiß blinkt.
