Step-by-step guide to pairing your replacement right AirPod

- Go to Settings and select Bluetooth. Then tap the info button next to the AirPods icon.
- Now tap “Forget This Device”.
- Tap “Forget This Device” a second time.
- Now put both AirPods in the charging case.
- The charging case's status light should now flash amber. Open the lid to check.
- Next, press the setup button on the back of the charging case. Hold it until the status light flashes white.
- On the playback device you want to pair the AirPods with, go to the Home Screen.
- Hold the AirPods in the charging case next to the playback device. But open the lid of the charging case first.
- If you now tap “Connect” and then “Done” on the playback device, you've connected your replacement right 2nd generation AirPod with the remaining parts.
