1. Navigate to Settings and select Bluetooth there. Then tap the info button next to the AirPods icon.
2. Next, tap “Forget This Device”.
3. Repeat the previous step.
4. Now put both AirPods into the charging case.
5. Check the status light. It must flash amber. To check this, you need to open the lid.
6. By pressing the setup button on the back of the charging case, you make the status light flash white.
7. In the next step, go to the Home Screen on the playback device you want to connect the AirPods to.
8. Open the lid of the charging case and hold everything close to the playback device.
9. Tap “Connect” on the playback device and then “Done”. This completes the setup of your AirPods 2 case, and you can use your earphones as usual.
