Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: within the EU

No shipment will be made to the following foreign islands: ALL ISLANDS

 

Shipping service provider

Normal packages (up to 31.5kg and no excess length) are sent via UPS, DHL or DPD.

Parcels that are extra long or weigh >31.5kg will be sent via CargoInternational or Cargoboard. The final delivery is carried out by local shipping company.

 

Shipping costs (including VAT)

 

Delivery within Germany: free of charge

 

Deliveries abroad: For all other countries within the EU, shipping costs vary depending on the country, which will be shown in detail at check-out before payment. 

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods normally takes place in Germany within 2-7 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-17 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

The minimum order value is: €0.

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options (via Shopify Pay):

More payment details

If you pay by direct debit (direct debit), you revocably authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.

The direct debit takes place upon conclusion of the contract.
When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
