Go to the Bluetooth section of the Settings menu and click the Info button next to AirPods.

Click “Ignore this device.”

Click “Ignore this device” again.

Now store both AirPods in the corresponding charging case.

Check the status indicator, which should now flash yellow, by opening the lid of the charging case.

Press the setup button on the back of the charging case for a few moments. You have to press until the status light flashes white.

Take the playback device that you want to connect to the AirPods in your hand and go to the home screen.

Now open the charging case and hold it with the AirPods in it next to your playback device. An animation will start to set up the AirPods.

All you have to do is click on “Connect” and then “Done”.
