How long does shipping take?

As a rule, our products are ready for immediate delivery and therefore within 2-4 days of receiving your order.


How much are the shipping costs?

We ship free of charge within Germany. For all other countries within the EU the shipping costs vary depending on the country, which will be shown exactly during check-out before payment. 


Are the AirPods original?

We buy original sets from Apple, check the individual parts for function and then sell them as spare parts. Since the headphones were purchased in their original form, the manufacturer's warranty from Apple.

Do I have a guarantee on my replacement?

If you have decided on a new product, the usual manufacturer's warranty from Apple.

How to connect an AirPod to an existing set?

My new AirPod won't connect, what can I do?

Try to follow the instructions on our homepage step by step. If you continue to have problems, please feel free to contact our customer support, who will be able to help you with your matter as quickly as possible.

 

What payment methods are there?

You can easily pay by credit card, PayPal or advance payment by bank transfer


How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so as quickly as possible as we will have your order ready for dispatch within 24 hours. If the package is already on its way, we have to ask you to return it. 


How do I return my order and if there are any return costs involved?

If you would like to return the product, you can send it back to us using any shipping provider of your choice at your own expense. 


What is the difference between the conditions new and used?

The condition new means that the item was simply taken out of the packaging and checked for functionality. A used item may show signs of wear. 


Can I track my shipment?

As soon as your shipment has been sent, you will receive your personal tracking number from us by email. 


How can I request my invoice?

Your invoice will be automatically sent to you by email after a few days. If you still haven't received it, send us a short email and we will send you the invoice immediately.
