5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

9. CONTEST AVAILABILITY

BlechMal GmbH has unlimited liability if the cause of the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. 11. SEVERABILITY
Should one or more of the above clauses be or become wholly or partially void, ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining conditions shall remain in effect. A corresponding valid clause will take its place. The same applies if there is a loophole.
12. LEGAL WAY
Recourse to legal action is excluded.
